GLASGOW, United Kingdom — 23 December, 2025 — Triple B International, an investment group focused on responsible, long-term value creation, has acquired Stock Exchange Court, a landmark mixed-use property in the heart of Glasgow city centre, from a fund managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
Located at the prominent corner of Buchanan Street and Nelson Mandela Place, one of the UK’s busiest retail corridors with over 45 million visitors annually, the 56,000 sq ft Category A listed Venetian Gothic building stands as one of Glasgow’s most recognisable landmarks. Originally constructed between 1875 and 1877 as the home of the Glasgow Stock Exchange, the property embodies the city’s historic legacy as a centre of commerce, finance and culture. Today, it successfully combines its architectural heritage with contemporary urban use, supporting a dynamic mix of retail, leisure, office and healthcare occupiers.
Stock Exchange Court benefits from a high-quality, diversified tenant mix including Urban Outfitters, The North Face, Dishoom, and the NHS, reflecting the convergence of lifestyle, dining, workspace and essential public services. The asset provides a long-term, stable income stream underpinned by strong tenant demand and sustained city-centre footfall. The acquisition was completed at a purchase price of £23.56 million.
